The trampoline arrived the day before we went off on holiday but we are now back and the trampoline is up. The children are thrilled and so I wanted to write and say thank you for your help along the way. It was always my intention to try and make our old one work but when I was ultimately persuaded that that was not practical I was sure that the only place I wanted to buy another one was with your firm. Your attitude and efforts to try and help us with our initial quest for the spare part really impressed me. The internet is great but it is people that make the real difference. When opportunities arise I will certainly be pointing people in your direction.

This is my 3rd trampoline. I always bought cheap before but now i see what i've been missing. I use the tramp with my snow board and with the cheap ones you have to put a lot of effort in to get height. With the Excel 12 it does the work for you. Really lives up to its name XLent!!

Completely right, don't let the price scare you, best trampoline ever used, i'm part of west midlands trampolining regional team and the boomer is the best ive ever been on, definately compares to the olympic style trampolines, definately olympic quality. If you are buying a good trampoline and it will be used alot, this is the one to get without a doubt.

I think that the Boomer Trampoline Is the best and most powerful outdoor trampoline available dont let the price scare you, you get what you pay for no other outdoor trampoline can compare with the power of this one. its just like a fold up one that you would see at the olympics and verry well built virtually indestructable so if you are thinking of getting one i would say go for it you won't be dissapointed!!!!!

We have had a 14ft Super Tramp trampoline for 7/8 years. It's lived out for all that time, being in constant use by our four children and many friends and is still in very good condition. They are expensive but worth every penny. The best value toy you can buy.

An excellent way of keeping fit the PT bouncer is the best rebounder available and believe me I have tried them all. The only drawback is that I am constantly replacing springs.

I was told that the photos in the catalogue didn't do the Action stations justice but now that we have finished building it I can absolutely aggree - it looks fantastic. The kids were eeking to get on it all through the assembly process and now that its built we can't get them off it. Now that I've had my PT Bouncer for a while now I think I'm qualified to say that this is the best piece of fitness equipment I've ever bought. Ronseal should be selling this because it really does stand up to the claims of the manufacturer. Mine lives permanently in my living room so that it's not left forgotten in a cupboard and I guess I use it for 20mins a day. Not only are my fitness levels up but I've also got toned bits now!! Whatsmore, it's great fun to do. Brilliant

Just wanted to drop a note to say thank you for the excellent service we have received. Although the delivery was delayed by the courier you took the time out to telephone us and let us know - some companies would not do this - and the trampoline arrived at just after 8am on Saturday. We are extremely impressed with the quality of the trampoline - we have had a trampoline previously - but the quality of the your trampoline seems to far exceed this.

For those who don't have the extra room for the boomer the Super Kangaroo is perfect. It was a birthday present 5 years ago when I was 17 and part of a trampolining club and my sister and I still use it today. Don't be put off by the price tag, it is worth every penny and still looks as good as it did the day we bought it. Best and most used present we've ever had!

I just wanted to email to thank you for your excellent service. Unfortunately, I tried to order a cheaper trampoline from one of your competitors. After a number of issues with this company who were particularly unhelpful I was eventually refunded.

I subsequently placed an order with Supertramp and have nothing but praise for your service. I was called very quickly to confirm the order and delivery date. You helpfully suggested that I did not actually need the ladder that I had ordered so this was immediately refunded. This letter is to thank you for excellent service, especially by Ellie. Last month we had a 12' trampoline package delivered for our 21 year old son who has Downs Syndrome. He loves using his trampoline, which is excellent for his physical and emotional well being.

Since then, for a variety of reasons, we have had to revise the order twice. Throughout this process, the Super Tramp sales staff I have spoken to have been very efficient and helpful but the customer service provided by Ellie has been outstanding. She has taken responsibility for this complicated case; provided very professional advice; nothing has been too much trouble; and she was very concerned that we aquired the most suitable trampoline for our son. At my request she wrote me an extremely helpful letter advising why a 10ft trampoline would not be suitable.

I have been very impressed by the standards of service provided by Super Tramp in general, and by Ellie in particular. Please pass on my gratitude.
