Why is this Super Tramp rebounder so much cheaper than the PT Bouncer?

The Super Tramp Rebounder is samller than the PT Bouncer and because it's smaller it doesn't require the very high tensile springs - which are expensive. Also The PT Bouncer includes a book and workout DVD.

Can the Super Tramp Rebounder be used outside, as long as I store it in the shed between uses?

Yes it can be used outside but, the spring cover is not weatherproof so do not leave out in the rain
