I bought my trampoline from Argos. Will this spring fit my trampoline

The best thing to do is take one of the springs off your trampoline and compare it with the photo on our website. Then measure the full length of the trampoline spring from hook to hook. If it looks the same and the measurement is the same then yes, it will fit.

what is the diameter of the springs.Our springs are 178mm long 25m dia

They are 25mm. These springs tend to be the insdustry standard for 12 and 14 feet trampolines.

will this trampoline spring extend by 120mm under pressure and return back to its original length?

We have tried this under very unscientific conditions and yes it will extend by 120mm and return back. We have no test data to show how many times this spring (or any other 178mm trampoline spring) will stretch this far before it will not return back.
